About Shipping

  • Q:Where do you ship from?
  • A:Most of the time our products are shipped from China, but sometimes they are shipped from overseas warehouses located in other countries, depending on where the products are stocked.
  • Q:I have ordered an item, how long will it take for me to receive it?
  • A:Receiving time depends on your current country and geographic location. We have developed a delivery time catalog for each country, which you can view by clicking on the Shipping Information (it may take 1-5 days for us to process your order).
  • Q:What the delivery company you use?
  • A:Our standard courier has its own logistics partner, and most of the time parcels sent to the destination country will be delivered by the local postal service,For example USPS. Also sometimes customers may use UPS, DHL, FedEx and other couriers for expedited delivery of their orders, and you will have to pay more for this.
