How to Place an Order

       Welcome to belawave.com. And shop your favorite items on our online shopping site.

       This page tells some about how to order items and the shopping process in the online store：

  1. Select the item you want to buy and add it to the shopping cart.
  2. Then click the checkout button.
  3. Fill in some necessary information such as the delivery address and click Continue to shipping.
  4. Select your shipping method(We currently open a standard express method, the specific delivery time depends on your country and geographical location.Please see Shipping Information for delivery time).
  5. Then click "continue to payment(Our current payment method is PayPal.)
  6. Complete the payment.

       After you complete your order, we will take 1-3 days to process your order. When we have finished processing, we will send you an email with a tracking number. After this time your order will be shipped to the carrier for delivery.

       About tracking information:

You can get the latest distribution information in three ways.

  1. Click on the delivery number in our delivery confirmation email.
  2. Check the Tracking Order page at the bottom of our website by the delivery number.
  3. Contact us for the latest delivery information.
